THE CONTRIBUTION OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION ( Weak Penis erection), TO THE HIGH DIVORCE RATE .

Dr Ejiro Imuere

This is a topic so many have shied away from addressing. But this topic is what we expected many online "relationship experts and therapists" and Marriage Counsellors to tell us. Even many Clergymen don't know.

Many women are all over the Social media, claiming to be "sex and relationship therapists", without knowing anything about the sexual psychology of a man.

Women accuse men of cheating, and men justify cheating claiming that it is in the Nature of a man to cheat with many women. They quarrel over this and they divorce without knowing that ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION is the Root cause of the Problem.

I will be discussing this issue in 5 parts, I will bring out the various types of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTIONS and how you can treat them. But before I start you should ponder the following points.

1.      That ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION is very common amongst men of today and because of that it is a Multibillion Naira industry. The drugs Tramadol, Anafranil, Viagra (Vega) hundred and Cialis ( Tadalafil) have a very high rate of sales today in our pharmacy shops Because of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. Many Herbal Products in Motor parks, online and staphylococcus therapists in Public markets have ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION as the  Reason

2.    Many Marriages and DIVORCE starts with ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. This is because both couple can forgive each other and let go of their anger, when they are hungry for sex. When a man is annoyed with his wife or the wife annoyed with her husband, it is understandable that the anger may affect their sexual appetites, but when the sexual urge becomes so strong and one of them needs it badly, then that one will have to sue for PEACE and FORGIVENESS. But if the sexual satisfaction is no longer there due to ERECTION Dysfunction, then the QUARREL can go on indefinitely and Marriage break up is certain.

3.    Let take a look at number three Now, All above is important and this is the most form of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION that is highly misunderstood what I choose to call the trickish or "satanic ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION" the monogamous home breaking type. In this case, a man loses sexual attraction or libido to his own wife, but gets erection to other women outside that is not half as beautiful as his wife. The man is confused why this is happening, the woman too is angry why her man is cheating on her with such a woman of lower beauty and status. Some men will even get sexually attracted to their house maids and madam finds out, her ego and pride is killed, Yet both of them do not realize that it is actually a very serious disease. A man wants to make love to his wife, his penis is fully erect but suddenly at the point of inserting it into her vagina, the Penis shrinks and becomes limp like "indomie". This happens sometimes when the man is stressed out. But what happens when it begins to happen repeatedly? Then it will now induce fear and torment to touch your wife because you are afraid that the erection will fail. Performance anxiety takes hold of you leading to depression. You are now frustrated and your wife too is also frustrated. You think something is wrong with your sexual system and with time you are withdrawn from her. Then suddenly there is another lady that is not even as half as beautiful as your own wife, and she has been making passes at you but you are fateful to your wife. But one day both of you get talking and from mere talk, your erection gets very hard and you end up having a satisfactory sex with her. WOW you suddenly realize that you are now a man, again that nothing has been wrong with you all along you try it again with her it worked, again it worked then one day you try to do it with your wife again and the Penis limps again like “indomie”. Then you begin to look for answers. Could she have a spiritual husband killing your Penis?

Well there is a medical answer and solution we will get to that. Then you try to experiment again with another woman and the thing works. And so you degenerate, to sleeping outside, because that is where you can Perform. Your wife finds out that you are having an affair with another woman, she becomes very mad, not Because of the affair, but because you cannot Perform at home. She begins to think that the reason why you couldn't Perform or satisfy her all along was because you have been wasting all your sexual prowess or energy on this strange woman, and that it is your exhausted body that you now bring home to her.

But she doesn't even know that it was because you failed to Perform or satisfy her for reasons unknown to the both of you, that made you run to the arms of the strange woman. She accuses you of breaking your marriage vows of being a cheat; you accuse her of having a spirit husband or being too jealous and Protective. After some time you try again and the "indomie" is still there and this situation is now exceeding 6 months, there is now tension in the home. Little things now cause quarrel, things that ought to be overlooked and forgiven will degenerate into full blown quarrel. Man will even want the quarrel to extend because it gives him room to avoid his fear and depression, which will expose his sexual impotence before his wife.

And many Modern Women will respond in any of the following ways.

·        Many will report the matter to Family friends and relatives, and counsellors but she will want to hide that area that my husband Penis “na indomie”, Because the man has girlfriends outside to their knowledge she will be advised to bear, say na the Nature of men. She gets frustrated.

·        The very good one will Forget about sexual pleasure and redirect her mind to either love of her children or her work or business. She will accept her fate, cohabitating with the man, yet without sex. she does well in raising her children and her Work, leaving her "husband for God to judge arrest or have mercy on him".

·        Others will transmute their sexual urge into religious activities. They will then become evangelist and prayer Warriors, forgetting their husbands and leaving him to do whatever he likes.

·        The realists will buy sex Toys and use it to Masturbate, get sexual satisfaction and move on. The reason sex Toys sell well nowadays like mad.

·        Then some will become so frustrated that they too will have a boyfriend to satisfy them too and start to cheat and the day they are caught, they are brandished as evil and a "Prostitute woman" and the Marriage is broken. Then finally some will out rightly file for divorce because, they want to satisfy their sexual urge, yet do not want to cheat. So far I have discuss the Preamble of this topic.

Now we are about to enter what are the likely causes of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION in Wado city and Urhobo land

1.      Stress

2.    Performance anxiety

3.    Untreated and Chronic Sexually transmitted infections

4.     Diabetes please you all should note this number four, Because diabetes is "that spirit wife" that is taking your husband from you yet you don't know it.

5.     Prostrate Problems

6.    Hypertension.

Then read this and it is very important this is where most people suffering ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION find it difficult to understand and treat it. Many don't know that brain chemicals called Neurotransmitters mediate the erection process and over or under secretion of these chemicals can enhance or impede your erection. And many drugs used to treat erectile Dysfunction are just to balance these chemicals.

Ambode’s wife presents gifts to first babies of 2018

Mrs. Bolanle Ambode

By Tribuneonline

Mrs. Bolanle Ambode presented gifts to the first babies (twins) of the year, born 12:23 am and 12:24 am, weighing 2.9kg & 3.25kg respectively, at the Ikorodu General Hospital.

Wife of Lagos State Governor, Mrs Bolanle, has underscored the importance of routine immunization and post-natal care for the survival and growth of newborns, saying it was important for nursing mothers to pay greater attention to the health of their children.

The governor’s wife also enjoined expectant mothers in the state to justify government’s huge investment in maternal and infant health care by patronizing government’s health care facilities and staying away from quacks.

She gave the counsel while presenting gifts to first babies of the year at three General Hospitals in the state.

At Ikorodu, the first babies were twins delivered at 12:23 am and 12:24 am weighing 2.9kg and 3.29kg respectively, while at Gbagada the first baby weighing 3.4kg delivered at 1:05 am. At Island Maternity, the first baby was delivered at 12:05 am and she weighed 3.3kg.

Mother’s packs, baby essentials, and other baby gifts were presented to the babies and their parents and other babies in the ward by the wife of the Governor.

According to her,  just like the new year, the birth of a new baby brings hope, saying such was why adequate care must be accorded, newborns.

“The arrival of a newborn generally symbolizes passing the baton to the next generation. In our culture as in many others, a new baby is a messenger of hope, indicating good fortune for the family and society.

“From the depths of my heart, I congratulate and rejoice with the happy parents. As I do so, however, I wish to emphasize that post-natal care of the baby is just as important as the ante-natal.

“Therefore, mothers must take all necessary steps to ensure the well-being and good health of their babies. These include strict obedience of instructions of the medical personnel, as well as good care and attention to themselves,” she said.

Mrs Ambode specifically urged nursing mothers to take advantage of the primary healthcare centres provided by the state government to ensure a full complement of routine immunization for their children, and as well make good use of family planning.

She assured that the present administration in the state placed a high premium on health issues especially maternal and infant health.

She said that as part of contribution to health sector, the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), a group which she chaired, provided high dependency units, neonatal care units, and other medical equipment and resources to enhance the quality of maternal and child care services, assuring that more would be done in 2018.

She also commended the health family in the state for the progressive improvement in health service delivery to the people, just as she appreciated corporate donors, philanthropists and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for their support.

“We also commend the untiring commitment of this administration to continuous infrastructure upgrade, provision of modern equipment and human resource development in the health sector,” Mrs Ambode said.

Commissioner for Health, Dr Jide Idris, in his remarks,  said the event was symbolic being the first activity of government in the year and also exemplifying the priority given to healthcare delivery in the state.

Idris assured that with the exemplary leadership of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, the state government would continue to stimulate the required quality of health service delivery that was poised to address existing health gaps as well as challenges that might emerge in future.

Besides, Idris urged the people to embrace a healthy lifestyle, refrain from excessive alcohol, smoking and ensure their environment is clean.

Also, Chairman, Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Health, Hon Segun Olulada, called for the strengthening of the referral system to reduce pressure on General Hospitals, saying people should imbibe the culture of first visiting Primary Healthcare centres which had been repositioned in the state.

He expressed optimism that the state Health Insurance Scheme billed to start this year would expand access to healthcare.

The programme is held annually in Lagos State to celebrate the first baby born in the state.

The state’s Commissioner for Health, Prof. Ebitimitula Etebu, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Yenogoa that the state government was on top of the situation.
Etebu said that the government had contained the outbreak and commenced public sensitisation to curtail spread of the virus. He added that the focus of the enlightenment was enhanced personal hygiene and vigilance with wild animals, the primary vectors of the virus. The commissioner said “the situation is under control but we are taking further steps to enlighten the public about personal hygiene and to be careful with any wild animals around them. “We are harping on increased washing of hands.
“We are also working with Veterinary Unit of Ministry of Agriculture to increase surveillance at abattoirs where animals are slaughtered for human consumption.” Etebu disclosed that 11 persons, including a medical doctor, had been quarantined at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH), Okolobiri in Yenagoa Local Government Area.
He said samples of the virus had been sent to World Health Organisation reference laboratory in Dakar for confirmation. He explained that “as the name implies, the virus was first seen in monkeys but can also be found in all bush animals such as rats, squirrels and antelopes, and that is why our surveillance on edible animals has to be heightened.
“The source is usually animals. It was first seen in monkeys and that is why it is called monkey pox.“Secretions from particularly dead animals are highly contagious, so also the fluids from infected persons.”The commissioner recalled that the first index case came from Agbura in Yenagoa where somebody was purported to have killed and ate monkey meat and started developing rashes. The Sugar Crisis in our Body System.

http://ift.tt/2fD54Mv
Excessive sugar in our body cause numerous crisis. Namely: gangrene,
retinopathy, indigestion, constipation, neuropathy, numbness, atherosclerosis,
necross, thrombus, anemia, and hot flashing, etc.
Sugar crisis is uncountable when it has gone too high in the system, which is
called hyperglycemia. When this condition is not checked and allowed for long
period, it will result to another terrible crisis such as the total metabolic
defect, especially the endocrine system which is the second major controlling of
the body. Acting with the nervous system, it helps coordinate and integrate the
activity of the body cells.
However, the nervous system employs electro chemical impulses to bring about
rapid control, while the more slowly acting endocrine employs chemical
messengers or hormones, which are released into the blood to be transported
throughout the body. The term hormone comes from a Greek word meaning “to rose”.
The body’s hormones, which are steroid or amino acid based molecules arose the
body’s tissues and cells by stimulating changes in their metabolic activities.
These change lead to growth and development, and to the Physiological
homeostasis of many body systems.
Although all hormones are blood bond, a given hormone affect only the
biochemical  activity or a specific organ. Organs that respond to a particular
hormone are referred to as the target organ of the hormone. The  ability of the
target tissue to respond seems to depend on the ability of the hormones to bind
with specific receptor ‘proteins’ occurring on the cells plasma membrane or
within the cell. Although the function of some hormone producing glands, the
anterior pituitary, (thyroid, adrenals, parathyroid, is purely endocrine, the
function of other (the pancreas and gonads) is mixed- both endocrine
exocrine.
Both Types of glands are derived from epithelium, but the endocrine or
ductless gland releases their product(always hormonal) directly into the blood
or lymph. The excocrine release their product at the body surface of outside and
epithelial membrane via duct. in addition, they are varied numbers of hormone
producing cells within the intestines, stomach, kidney and placenta organs are
functions are primarily non-endocrine only the major endocrine organs are
considered here.
So when these complicated arrangement get knocked down by diabetes mellitus,
the whole body system also fall into terrible malfunction. Hence it has numerous
symptom of different disease in the metabolism. Solution whether type one or
type two diabetes, look for Super Seed A1 first of all before testing for these
or testing for that, and a specialist must be employed for intensive care.
When you look at the arrangement of endocrine system is like twin engine
block of any moveable vehicle. If an engine knocked down, the whole system
collapses, so it is on diabetes and all its complication on man. Try Super Seed for one week, two wee and three weeks, with proper supervision of its diet and
medication outlined above.
There must be  changes in the whole affairs as you discipline yourself. Type
one or type two has the same characteristic in the system. Scientist say type
one is genetic while type two is acquired or juvenile diabetes. These conditions
are not easy to handle, but with the new development clues around the world now,
scientifically and naturally, answer to diabetes crisis have stated to emerge.

Violence forces 300,000 Rohingya into Bangladesh

More than 146,000 people have crossed into Bangladesh in the past several days, fleeing violence in Rakhine state, Myanmar. This figure, in addition to the 75,000 people who have arrived since violence began in October 2016, represents one of the largest influxes ever of Rohingya into Bangladesh.

The  streams of people arriving are destitute and extremely traumatized, and who have had no access to medical care. Many of the arrivals have serious medical needs, such as violence-related injuries, severely infected wounds, and advanced obstetric complications. Without a scale-up of humanitarian support, the potential health risks are extremely concerning.

The majority of the new arrivals are now staying in existing makeshift settlements, UNHCR-registered camps, three new makeshift camps that have emerged, or among the host community. Many refugees are stranded in a no man’s land between the border with Myanmar. Even prior to the most recent influx, many Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh lived in unsafe, overcrowded and unhygienic conditions with little protection from the elements.

Hundreds of thousands of people still in Myanmar have no access to healthcare and that there are no actors currently able or allowed to respond on the ground.

18 Secrets Your Health Insurance Company Is Keeping from You

By Reader's Digest

1. Business first, people second

When it comes to dealing with your medical insurance company, forget the touchy-feely commercials and go with your head. “Don’t buy the advertising hype. Health insurance execs don’t run around hugging babies, comforting parents, and playing with puppies,” says Sue O’Leary, the CEO and Founder of Exhale Healthcare Advocates, an advocacy group for healthcare consumers. “The primary function of multi-billion dollar insurance companies is to make more billions for themselves and their investors.” This means that when you deal with your insurer, you need to remain objective and check your emotions.

2. We have a financial interest in your good health

Staying healthy is good for you, obviously, but it’s also good for your health insurer. Insurance companies have a vested interest in your continued health, so that you’ll require fewer costly services. “They push wellness programs so that you stay out of hospitals, thus costing them less money to insure. They want you to quit smoking so that you don’t get cancer because it’s very expensive to treat, not so that you live longer,” Ms. O’Leary explains. Fortunately you can both win in this scenario, so make sure you’re taking full advantage of all the new preventative and wellness programs available to you. Check out these low-cost or free preventative programs available to everyone.

3. Full coverage doesn’t mean you’re fully covered

When you talk about your insurance “coverage,” think less “blanket” and more “Swiss cheese,” Ms. O’Leary says, adding that every single plan they’ve analyzed, no matter how expensive, has a list of exclusions, co-pays, and co-insurance that aren’t paid for by the plan. “When you see the number for your ‘annual out of pocket limit,’ it’s based on what the policy says it is obligated to cover, not how much you might actually potentially have to pay for your entire care,” she explains. “There simply is no such this as 100 percent coverage.” (Got Medicare? Here’s everything you need to know about your coverage.)

4. We’ll only tell you what we cover, not what we don’t

Insurers have a set list of pre-approved services for patients and, Ms. O’Leary says, it’s a lot shorter than you think. Most people understand that over-the-counter drugs, out-of-network treatments, and elective surgeries aren’t covered, but many people don’t realize that there are plenty of drug treatments, procedures, hospital stays, and therapies that even though your doctor prescribes them are still not included in your plan—meaning those costs come out of your pocket as well, she explains. And often you don’t know they’re not covered until the bill comes back in full, to you.

5. It’s on you to know your real healthcare “number”

You may think that knowing your deductible and monthly fee is all you need to plan your healthcare expenses, but this will leave you way over budget, Ms. O’Leary says. Instead, you must consider the cost of prescription medications you take, any non-emergency tests or procedures you have scheduled for the upcoming year, and any chronic conditions that affect you—in addition to the annual premiums and the deductible. And that’s not even accounting for emergency situations which can be as expensive as they are terrifying. Want to save even more? Check out our 5 top tips for saving on insurance.

6. Just because a hospital or office is “in-network” doesn’t mean all its doctors are

Think you’re covered because you took the time to make sure your hospital or doctor’s office was approved as being in your network? It’s not that simple. Individual providers, labs, tests, specialists, and others that work within the facility may still be out of network. “We recently had a patient who went in for a non-emergency procedure to an in-network hospital. A few weeks later, he received a $6,000+ medical bill from the anesthesiologist who was, unbeknownst to the patient, out of his insurer’s provider network. The insurance company refused to pay it even though the patient thought he was safe using an in-network provider,” Ms. O’Leary says. “The kicker? The insurer rejected his appeal claiming he should have known better.” It’s tedious but important to ask every single person you work with—from the staff to the labs to the imaging centers—if they are also covered by your insurance. (Need more proof? Check out this outrage that ended up in a nearly $1 million medical bill!)

7. We will deny an expensive claim that we should cover, just to see if you notice the mistake

Insurers like you best when you don’t cost them much, and so some companies have an unofficial (or even semi-official) policy to automatically reject high-expense claims that ought to be covered. Many patients won’t know they can contest it or won’t understand the charges, and so will assume the bill is factually correct, paying thousands that they don’t legally owe, Ms. O’Leary explains. “You might ask, ‘How do they get away with it?’ First, the burden of proof is on the patient who rarely wants to take on the insurer. Second, the insurer typically says, ‘Oops! Computer error!’ if they’re caught,” she explains. “It has to be widespread fraud before it becomes important enough to pursue by the government.” This means that it’s your job to be your own best advocate. Always call about denied claims and have them explained to you step by step. (Here are 10 more wildly overinflated hospital costs.)

8. Just because your doctor writes you a prescription doesn’t mean you can fill it

Expensive medications for treatment of certain cancers, diabetes, liver disease, and a host of other maladies can cost patients tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars if the insurer does not cover the drugs. But even if the drugs are covered, the insurer might try to stall in urgent cases to see if the patient has enough money to pay for the drugs rather than wait on the insurer’s approval, she says. Another sneaky stalling tactic? Requiring you get “pre-certification” or do certain other (less expensive) therapies first.

9. We are not your cheapest option for prescription meds

“Many plans don’t give patients any drug benefits, even on generics, until you reach your deductible, which is often in the thousands of dollars,” Ms. O’Leary says. Instead of just accepting your insurance company’s lousy offer, she recommends using websites such as blinkhealth.com and goodrx.com to shop around for the best price for your medication in your area.

10. Your medical bill almost definitely has a mistake

Up to 80 percent of all medical bills contain errors, according to a recent study done by Medical Billing Advocates of America. There are two main types to look for: Medical bill coding mistakes are when the healthcare provider puts in the wrong code, causing the insurer not to pay the claim, or the insurer reacts incorrectly to a correct code. Medical billing errors are when the biller sends duplicate bills, charges multiple times for the same item, inputs the wrong cost for the item, doesn’t account for the payment by the insurer, or other mistakes. The only way to make sure yours are correct? Go through every bill (no throwing out envelopes unopened!), read every line, and keep your own records. Call immediately when you spot a mistake. And don’t forget to use these 11 insider tips for lowering your medical bill.

11. Balance billing is our best friend—and your worst enemy

You’ve likely heard of $100 Band-aids and $500 cotton balls showing up on medical bills. This happens thanks to a sneaky practice called “balance billing.” Here’s how it works: Hospitals have an arbitrary cost setting mechanism called a “charge master,” Ms. O’Leary explains. It sets the prices for the items and services provided by the hospital, is often wildly inflated from item to item, and varies by hospital. Then your hospital charges your insurance company that price, let’s say $500 for an aspirin. The insurer only pays back $20 for that aspirin. Instead of simply accepting the $20, the hospital holds you responsible for the difference of the inflated cost of $280. “Balance billing is at least unethical and often illegal,” she says. “Savvy patients demand detailed, itemized bills from their providers and check them carefully for errors.” For more info: Why a hospital bill costs what it costs.

12. You shouldn’t pay your bill promptly

That “due by” date? Nonsense, according to Ms. O’Leary. “Healthcare providers now send bills well before your insurance company has decided what part of the claim they will pay. The average person would think you owe that bill and should pay it,” she says. “Don’t! First, the cost is probably wildly inflated. Second, you need to know what the insurer is going to pay first before you do anything.” Her advice? Don’t pay a dime until you get an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) from your insurer that explains your claim and how much they are paying.

13. You can ask us for a manual review

Not sure if your bill is correct or not? It’s within your rights as a patient to ask both the insurer and the healthcare provider to do an internal manual review of both the medical bills and the claim to check for errors, Ms. O’Leary says. They often catch their own mistakes.

14. It’s never too late to negotiate a bill

Many patients think once a bill has gone to collections it’s game over, but that’s not true, Ms. O’Leary says. “Call the healthcare provider first, not the collection agency, to see if you can negotiate directly with them. They have much more of an interest to negotiate the debt down than the collection agency,” she explains. If you’re dealing with debt exceeding $2,000, it’s worth the money to hire an independent expert health advocate, she adds. Look for one that charges only a small up front fee and no more than 25 percent of anything they are able to save you. And make sure you know these 13 things debt collectors won’t tell you.

15. Don’t trust the “patient advocate”

The “patient advocate” assigned to you in the hospital or the case worker at the insurance company may be nice and friendly but they are not working for you, Ms. O’Leary says. “They work for the ones who stand to profit from your case,” she adds. “Always keep that in mind when dealing with them.”

16. You can shop around for a better deal

Patients often think that medical fees are set, but just like any other business, costs for goods and services can vary widely. “Shop around the cost of exams, tests, procedures, medications, nursing facilities, and imaging centers before non-emergency events,” Ms. O’Leary says. “The price of an MRI on one side of Main Street can be $500, and $2,500 on the other. Healthcare pricing, as a rule, is arbitrary. Even the pharmacy you choose can be the difference in hundred of dollars annually.” She adds that it’s important to negotiate the price of everything up front, before you walk into a doctor’s office or to a lab. (Pssst… Here are 50 more secrets hospitals don’t want to tell you.)

17. You don’t have to sign all the forms to be treated

Part of being a patient is signing stacks of forms, most of which you barely read much less understood. This is a mistake, Ms. O’Leary says. Look for any “blank check” clauses on intake forms—it’s the part that reads, “I will be responsible for all costs not covered by insurance.” Instead, she recommends crossing it out and writing, “I will be responsible for all costs that are medically necessary, that are not the responsibility of my insurer, are competitively priced, and that I am made aware of prior to treatment if they are not part of standard operation procedures.”

18. We care about our likes on social media too

If nothing else works, you can shame your insurer or healthcare provider online, Ms. O’Leary says. “If you’re being wronged by a healthcare provider or insurer, take to social media. Companies do care about their public reputations a great deal,” she says. You can Tweet or Facebook from your personal account, leave ratings on public sites like Yelp, or look for groups like the “Healthcare Wall of Shame” on Facebook.
