Stakeholders push for payment integration to drive global trade at Nigerian Fintech Week

 By Businessday

Stakeholders in Nigeria’s fintech ecosystem have underscored the urgent need for deeper payment integrations to drive financial inclusion and cross-border transactions. This call to action was made at the Nigerian Fintech Week, a premier industry event attended by government officials, fintech leaders, and corporate executives, known for fostering discussions that shape the future of financial technology in Africa and beyond.

Speakers at the event included Aminu Maida, CEO, Nigerian Communications Commission; Wayne Eyong, PalmPay; Mike Odusami, Maxut Consulting; DeRemi Atanda, Managing Director, Remita; Jimoh Ehi Okoh, Solutions Architect, Huawei; and Ugochukwu Onwuta, Senior Product Manager, AZA Finance. As a leading voice in payment technology, Onwuta emphasised the growing need for seamless cross-border payment solutions, highlighting their critical role in global trade.

“Cross-border payments are the lifeblood of international commerce,” Onwuta stated during his address. “The industry is ripe for disruption due to evolving customer expectations, rapid technological advancements, and the push for greater financial inclusion.”

He stressed that financial institutions must prioritise interoperability, ensuring payment systems across different jurisdictions can communicate effectively. “For digital payments to be more reliable and hassle-free, we must move beyond siloed systems and focus on improving existing integrations,” he added.

The Case for Interaction and Collaboration.

During his speech, Onwuta discussed the urgent need for collaboration across payment infrastructures, reinforcing key themes from his recent publications. He advocated for the adoption of unified compliance frameworks to streamline regulatory requirements and enable smoother, more efficient transactions across borders.

His insights resonated with industry professionals, regulators, and technology experts in attendance, all of whom engaged in discussions on regulatory challenges, fintech innovation, and the evolution of digital payments.

“The future of payments will be shaped by collaboration,” Onwuta noted. “New market entrants will challenge incumbents to innovate, fostering a more dynamic and inclusive financial ecosystem.”

Shaping the Future of Fintech

The 7th Nigerian Fintech Week which was held in October 2024 explored strategies for harnessing generative AI, fostering economic inclusion, and shifting from revenue-driven models to sustainable, profitability-focused fintech businesses through smart regulation and innovation.

Onwuta closed his session with a forward-looking statement:

“Achieving true collaboration requires collective commitment from all stakeholders. Only by working together can we build a truly inclusive, efficient, and resilient global financial system—one that serves individuals, businesses, and entire economies alike.”

His thought leadership at the event reinforced his reputation as an influential figure in the fintech space, further cementing his role in shaping the future of global payment technologies.

Tariff-Fueled Market Meltdown Continues as US Stock, Bitcoin, Crude Oil Prices Also Fall Sharply

By investopedia

U.S. stock futures fell sharply on Sunday evening as the Trump administration showed no signs of backing off from a wide-ranging plan to impose tariffs.

Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average were recently down 2.2%, pointing to a decline of more than 800 points at Monday's open, while futures linked to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2.7% and 3.4%, respectively. Dow futures had been down more than 1,600 points at one point Sunday evening,

The major indexes are coming off their worst week since the early days of the Covid pandemic in March 2020, after stocks plunged on Thursday and Friday following President Trump's announcement of sweeping tariffs on U.S. trading partners. The benchmark S&P 500 declined 10.5% over the last two days of the week, while the Dow shed nearly 4,000 points.

White House officials provided no indication over the weekend that the president would consider scaling back on the tariffs. The so-called reciprocal tariffs that Trump announced on Wednesday— which include new levies of 20% on imports from the European Union, 26% on Japanese imports, and 34% on imports from China—are due to take effect on Wednesday.

The Trump administration, which has also indicated more sector-specific tariffs are coming, says the measures are needed to restore competitive balance and bring manufacturing and jobs back to the U.S. However, the speed and depth of the policies announced in recent weeks—and the prospect that countries will retaliate, as China did on Friday—have heightened concerns among economists and investors that the economy could slide into a recession.

Speaking Friday, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said that the tariffs announced last week were higher than expected and raise the risks both of inflation rising and economic growth slowing. Powell said the Fed is awaiting greater clarity on the impact of Trump's policies before considering adjustments to interest rates.

Asian stocks also tumbled to kick off their week amid fears of the consequences of a trade war, with Hong Kong's Hang Seng index down 9%, while Japan's Nikkei 225 dropped 6% and South Korea's Kospi index and Australia's S&P ASX 200 each fell more than 4%.

Bitcoin was also down sharply Sunday, tracking the move lower in equities as investors abandon risky assets. The digital currency was at $78,700 recently, down from an earlier high on Sunday of nearly $84,000 and trading at its lowest levels since early November.

Crude oil prices also retreated amid the growing concerns about slowing global demand. West Texas Intermediate futures, the U.S. crude oil benchmark, fell 2.6% to $60.40 per barrel, after falling as low as $59.38, their lowest level since last April.

NOSDRA and SDN Express Joint Commitment to Enhance Environmental Stewardship in Nigeria's Oil and Gas Sector

By Nwaorgu Faustinus

The National Oil Spill Detection Response Agency (NOSDRA) and Stakeholder Democracy Network (SDN), a non-governmental organization with its headquarters in the United Kingdom have expressed their firm commitment to consolidate on the gains of their ongoing partnership in the interest of clean and sustainable environmental management in Nigeria’s petroleum industry. This assurance was given on Wednesday when the Executive Director of SDN, Adam Heal, and his team paid a courtesy visit to the Director-General/Chief Executive of NOSDRA, Engr. Chukwuemeka Woke, in the Agency’s Headquarters in Abuja.

The DG/CE, who appreciated the congratulatory message from the Executive Director of SDN on his appointment, went down memory lane to recollect the long-standing working relationship with the NGO since 2013, which, he said, led to the support of the organisation in the formulation of the state-of-the-art and innovative tools for tackling pollution in the petroleum industry, including Nigerian Oil Spill Monitor, National Gas Flare Tracker and the inchoate Methane Tracker. Woke acknowledged that the tool shave helped in improving transparency and accountability  in the  oil and gas pollutions industry.

The DG/CE assured that his appointment would add value to NOSDRA and he would not be found wanting in this regard, adding that the Agency was irrevocably committed to sustaining the partnership with SDN in order to improve environmental management in the country’s petroleum industry. Woke hoped the prototype Methane Tracker designed by SDN will vastly contribute to tracking methane emissions in the oil and gas sector.

He stressed that NOSDRA had a clear mandate to ensure a clean and secure environment in the nation’s petroleum industry with the support of the NGO.  While felicitating with SDN on the 20th anniversary of its operation in Nigeria, the DG/CE assured the NGO of NOSDRA’s willingness to support and enhance its works in the country.  Earlier in his address, the Executive Director of SDN disclosed that the organization had been operating in Nigeria for the past 20years, providing monitoring and policy advisory work in Nigeria and economic diversification in the oil-bearing Niger Delta region.

He stated that NOSDRA had been a reliable partner with SDN for over a decade and with such collaborations, his NGO had collaboration with the Agency to develop valuable and innovative geospatial tools viz: Nigerian Oil Spill Monitor and National Gas Flare Tracker, which are being deployed for oil and gas pollution tracking and reporting respectively. He mentioned other areas of support to the Agency to include involvement in the Ogoni   clean-up being handled by Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) in the area of testing soil and water samples.

Mr. Heal, while commending the DG/CE for his new vision for NOSDRA aimed at catapulting the growth and development of the Agency to new heights, said he was looking forward to more years of fruitful partnership between the two organizations.

Woke Responds to the Misguided Attack on Wike by Chief Ada George

By Nwaorgu Faustinus

"In light of Chief Rufus Ada-George's recent diatribe against Chief Nyesom Wike, delivered through a letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I feel compelled to set the record straight. The steady barrage of unfounded accusations directed at the FCT Minister—a man whose only "offense" is his staunch support for Sim Fubara's governorship—reveals a troubling bias that cannot be ignored.

Chief Ada-George’s actions are not those of a reconciliatory elder; they betray an ulterior motive aimed at widening the gap between the FCT Minister and the governor. This calculated maneuvering seeks to exploit the fragile dynamics of our political landscape for personal gain, cleverly disguised as a call for unity.

It is crucial to recognize that the script being played by Chief Ada-George is not only outdated but fundamentally misaligned with our current realities. President Tinubu is no stranger to political machinations and will not be swayed by disingenuous letter-writing campaigns from individuals whose biases are glaringly apparent in both their actions and their rhetoric.

As a seasoned politician and national leader, the President possesses the discernment to see through the smoke and mirrors of propaganda. He understands the value of genuine leadership and the importance of fostering unity rather than division.

It is time for leaders like Chief Ada-George to step back and reflect on their role in our democracy. The people of Rivers State deserve better than this ongoing spectacle of discord. We need true elders who prioritize reconciliation and integrity over personal agendas.

Chief Ada-George cannot absolve himself from the chaos that has plagued Rivers State since his tenure as governor. His involvement in the bitter feud between Dr. Peter Odili and Rotimi Amaechi is undeniable and cannot be conveniently forgotten. He has no standing as a neutral mediator, especially given his dubious legacy. Apart from being a former governor, what qualifications does he possess that justify his role as an elder statesman?

His motives are tainted by a clear upland/riverine bias. His lack of support for Dr. Odili's governorship ambitions is a glaring example of his entrenched partisanship. The same divisive tactics he employed in the past are evident today, especially now that HE Nyesom Wike, the FCT Minister, is involved. This is despite the blatant ingratitude displayed by Gov. Sim Fubara toward a man who defied the odds and his own party to secure the governorship.

Those seeking equity must come with clean hands. If Chief Ada-George insists on intervening, he must cast aside his biases and ethnic jingoism. He must be prepared to speak the unvarnished truth, regardless of whose interests it may threaten. At this critical juncture in both Rivers State and Nigeria as a whole, we urgently need selfless and impartial elders to foster genuine dialogue and reconciliation.

The relentless attacks on the FCT Minister and the incessant barrage of letters to the President—targeting a man whose only "crime" is his unwavering support for Sim Fubara’s governorship—reveal the true nature of this self-proclaimed elder. Chief Ada-George’s actions not only expose his bias but also suggest a hidden agenda aimed at deepening the rift between the FCT Minister and the governor, all while exploiting his status as an elder for personal gain.

Let me be clear: the script being orchestrated by Chief Ada-George is not only outdated but utterly disconnected from our current realities. The President is not one to be manipulated by such juvenile tactics disguised as elder counsel. He sees through the façade of letter-writing campaigns from individuals whose biases are evident in their actions and rhetoric.

As a seasoned politician and national leader, the President possesses the discernment to recognize propaganda and can easily pierce through the veils of envy and division. He will not be swayed by the machinations of those who seek to sow discord under the guise of wisdom."

NOSDRA DG tasks oil firms on regulations compliance, says nobody is above law

By Nwaorgu Faustinus

The Director General and CEO of the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA), Engineer Chukwuemeka Woke has put oil companies on notice, tasking them to comply with environmental regulations or face the full force of the law.

Speaking during a familiarization visit to the Port Harcourt Zonal headquarters in Rivers State on Monday, Woke, while reacting to some of the challenges faced by the Agency in the Zone said as an agency established by Act of law, NOSDRA represents the Federal Government and has a sacred mandate to regulate the oil industry's environmental impact and will not tolerate any form of non-compliance or disregard for regulations.

He added that no oil company is above the law, saying: "We will hold every operator accountable for their actions, and ensure that they adhere to the strictest standards of environmental responsibility."

He assured that his leadership will not be compromised by vested interests or industry pressure, or be cowed, saying he is committed to upholding the law and ensuring that all oil industry operators, including International Oil Companies (IOCs), comply with NOSDRA's regulations.

He said: "Having said that, let me address the issue raised by the head of the NOSDRA reference laboratory, I want to assure you that I am not the kind of DG that any oil company would take for a ride.

"Any oil industry, be it IOCs, or anybody must comply with the regulations of NOSDRA. NOSDRA is not just a private company but an establishment by an Act of law and so we represent the Federal Government and we are to regulate the operations of the oil industry as it relates to oil and gas pollution and spillage and so nobody, no oil company is above the law.

"If they want to think they can reach me, I am not the type of DG that they would reach. So let the message go very clearly now, we must do the needful, they must grant you access to take samples and we must get the results. Be rest assured that you are protected as long as you are committed to your work."

The DG also addressed the staff of the agency and assured them of his commitment to taking the agency to the next level. Engineer Woke was conducted around the office by the Zonal Director, Engineer Ime Ekanem and the head of the NOSDRA reference laboratory, Dr Kenneth Aroh where he visited the Analytical Session Lab; Microbiological lab, Ecotoxicology lab and the Web-Chemistry lab.

He expressed gratitude to the staff for their dedication to work and promised improvements in equipment and staff welfare. "I have come to see things for myself, and I assure you that there will be improvements," he said. "But I need your commitment to work because your productivity output is what I will be appraised with at the Ministry of Environment."

Engineer Woke emphasized that he is the one who will appraise staff performance and determine promotions. "When you come for your promotion exams, I am the one who will say yes or no," he stated. He also reminded staff that outside the agency, he is not the boss, but the Minister of Environment is, saying: "So, it is your work that will speak for me," he added.

Engineer Woke concluded by saying that his "real brothers" are those who are committed to their work, and he looks forward to seeing their productivity. This visit marks Engineer Woke's first visit to any Zonal office since assuming office, and he chose Port Harcourt, his constituency, as his first.

Reno Omokri: Church Crowd Size a Sign of God's Presence?

The deep thinker Reno Omokri expresses his thoughts over Pastor Paul Enenche and Pastor Damina, For some time now Pastor Damina bible teaching have been trending seriously on the social media space.

Pastor Paul Enenche mocking his fellow pastor, Pastor Damina. Referring to Mr. Damina's ministry, Mr. Enenche said, "That kind of ministry where there is hardly anybody physically on ground has no other root but the pit of hell".

Why would Mr. Enenche say so when Yeshua (Jesus) Himself said?

"For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it."-Matthew 7:13 New International Version (NIV).

How does he want rural pastors and missionaries in the far-flung corners of the world to feel? I am not sure that statement is what a child of God should utter. If Davido and Wizkid or Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef with each other like that, we could understand such childish hubris. But coming from a supposed man of God on the pulpit? Really?

Pastor Jim Jones' church was filled with crowds, so much so that he was able to build his own town named Jonestown. But obviously, the presence of crowds was not evidence of the presence of God.

And then he went on to boast about his ministry and talked about a demonstration of power.

I wonder if he is referring to the same power that failed him when he publicly and falsely accused Miss Anyim Vera of lying about her testimony of a BSc in Law?

Pastor Paul Enenche is just blessed that Nigeria has many people without critical thinking skills! And some of those uncritical thinkers will come here with the hollow 'Did he call Damina's name' defence. We all know it was Mr. Damina he was referring to. But it does not matter who he was referring to. This is objective, not subjective. It applies even if he was referring to Reverend King.

He said, and this is a direct quote: "Run with speed so you don't become history while you are alive". But his words are in direct contradiction to Scripture, which says:

"The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favour to the learned."-Ecclesiastes 9:11.

And he called the ministry of other men of God "rubbish". But how many of those 'rubbish' men of God surrendered their altars to Peter Obi during the election and were following him about?

Is this not the same deceit Pastor Paul Enenche pulled during and after the election? Did he not place curses on those he alleged rigged the election and deprived Peter Obi of victory? It is on video. We remember the things he said and did.

It is unfortunate what Mr. Enenche said in his response to Pastor Damina.

I remind Pastor Enenche that Pastor David Yonggi Cho, the pastor of the church with the largest congregation on Earth, Yoido Full Gospel Church, was convicted of fraud and embezzlement and sentenced to three years in prison.

Perhaps someone should tell Mr. Enenche that cancer can actually grow faster than normal organs in the human body. So, to use growth in numbers as a standard to gauge Godliness is rather shallow.

Pastor Damina may or may not be genuinely called, as Pastor Paul alleged, but church crowd size will never be the judge of that. Whether or not Pastor Damina is called or not can be found in one thing and one thing only:

"By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye have love one to another."-John 13:35.

THE STORY OF OYOVWEVOTU, AND HIS SIBLINGS. WHO SHOULD INHERIT HIS PROPERTIES BETWEEN HIS EMESË AND OMONI?

By Dr Ejiro Imuere

OYOVWEVOTU, a typical Urhobo man died two years ago (2022), but his death is tearing his siblings apart. He died as a fairly Young and Rich Urhobo man by Urhobo standards. So what is the cause of the quarrel amongst his siblings? Well the quarrel is a foundational thing, a quarrel that was inevitable, because it is a fall out of Urhobo Culture.

For a Start, Oyovwevotu's mother, called Umudjörö, was a serial Polygamist. In Urhobo Culture and Traditions, serial Polygamy is not a Taboo, for a woman, it is not an abomination. A serial polygamist is when a man or a woman had more than one marriage Partner during her lifetime but at different times. Marrying more than one husband at the same time by a woman is an abomination, in Urhobo land. But marrying them at different times is not at all.

Umudjörö, Oyovwevotu's mother married her first husband, Edafienene, and gave birth to her first child, a Son that they named, Ekpamaku. Unfortunately, she lost her husband, Edafienene, when Ekpamaku was only two years old. He died of a sudden heart attack. Thus Ekpamaku became an "Ubiomor" or an "ömövuövo". An Ubiomor or ömövuövo means an only child. While Ekpamaku was an Ubiomor to Edafienene, he was not an Ubiomor to his mother Umudjörö, because Umudjörö mourned her husband for Three years and decided to marry again.

And so after three years she married her second husband named Ughwubarovwë. Together they had Three Children a girl ( ömötë) and two other sons. This marriage lasted for 9 years and they divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Finally after two years of being divorced, she met her last husband called Ovwighoghwara. With Ovwighoghwara she birthed her "Ubrevwië"(last born), called Oyovwevotu, with whom we are concerned with this story.

But Oyovwevotu's father, Ovwighogwara, was a Polygamist. He married three other women and had a total of nine children. However, it was only Oyovwevotu that Umudjörö birthed for him. So Oyovwevotu now have Emesë, Omoni, but he does not have an "Oniovo".

Ömösë, Omoni and Oniovo are Differences literally or when transliterated, ömösë means child of my father, Omoni means child of my mother, while Oniövo means "same mother" But Contextually or when translated,

ÖMÖSË MEANS MY HALF SIBLING WITH SAME FATHER BUT DIFFERENT MOTHER.

OMONI MEANS MY HALF SIBLING WITH SAME MOTHER BUT DIFFERENT FATHER.

WHILE ONIÖVO MEANS MY FULL SIBLING SAME FATHER AND SAME MOTHER.

Hence I said above that Oyovwevotu had Emesë, Omoni, but doesn't have an Oniovo. But Umudjörö had custody of all her five children, they were always with her, she cared for them without disparity, she took care of them as if she had all of them for just one man. Oyevwevotu, being an Ubrevwië, enjoyed a lot. His mother's other Children took care of him and sponsored him to the University. HE READ APPLIED GEOPHYSICS. His father also took care of him, but not like his mother. His father's children (Emesë), also took care of him in their own little way but not as his mother's children. In terms of his education, his mother's children (Omoni), accounted for about 80% of the sponsorship, while his Emesë contributed only about 20%. So his relationship with his Omoni was that of a very strong bond, like one family. But his relationship with his Emesë is cordial.

He attended the family meetings of both sides regularly and paid his family dues to both sides, but he was more loyal to his Omoni than Emesë. He graduated as a Geophysicist, and immediately secured a job with an Oil drilling company, and with the just three years he worked, he became stupendously Rich. Consequently he bought four expensive cars for himself, and also built many houses. He built a Mansion in his mother's village, and   mansion in his father's Village. But he had other mansions and landed Properties across the country.

On the first year of his work just after he built a Mansion in his mother's village, Umudjörö his Dear mother died, and she was buried inside the mansion Oyovwevotu built. She died without an "Uvwrömö"(Grandchild).

Unfortunately three years later while traveling to resume work, Oyovwevotu died in a Car crash. He died when he wasn't yet married. He had a fiancee, Ömötëjohwo, but the union was not meant to be. Even the introduction he had not done. And so Oyovwevotu died as an "Ëga"(childless). He also died INTESTATE (without writing a will). And this is the interesting part of our STORY. Who will inherit his Cars and many mansions and landed Properties?

If his mother was alive, that would be easy. If his father was also alive that would be easy. But both are dead. If he had an "Oniovo", that would be easy. If he had a wife with Children, that would also be easy. But he died with none of these. His Siblings are his Omoni and Emesë.

His Emesë are saying that since they are of same father, that all his Properties belonged to them to inherit, including the Mansion he built in his mother's village, but however for the sake of fairness and humanity, they will concede that to his Omoni.

His Omoni are saying that his Emesë are joking and that he was their blood brother, they trained him and built him and all through his life, he loved them and was closer to them than his Emesë and so his Properties are theirs. His Emesë are saying that if his Omoni should seize his Properties, then they should not bring his corpse to the village to bury. His Omoni who took the pains to try to recover his body after he died, took him to the mortuary, and paid all his mortuary bills said they don't care that they will bury him with his mother. That his soul will rest more in Peace with his mother.

His Emesë said on the day of the burial they will attack his mother's village to recover the body of their illustrious son and give him a befitting burial besides his father. And so there is now Tension everywhere, both sides are poised for a show down.

But as an Urhobo man judges this matter, who should inherit his Properties between his Emesë and Omoni?

THE CONTRIBUTION OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION ( Weak Penis erection), TO THE HIGH DIVORCE RATE .

Dr Ejiro Imuere

This is a topic so many have shied away from addressing. But this topic is what we expected many online "relationship experts and therapists" and Marriage Counsellors to tell us. Even many Clergymen don't know.

Many women are all over the Social media, claiming to be "sex and relationship therapists", without knowing anything about the sexual psychology of a man.

Women accuse men of cheating, and men justify cheating claiming that it is in the Nature of a man to cheat with many women. They quarrel over this and they divorce without knowing that ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION is the Root cause of the Problem.

I will be discussing this issue in 5 parts, I will bring out the various types of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTIONS and how you can treat them. But before I start you should ponder the following points.

1.      That ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION is very common amongst men of today and because of that it is a Multibillion Naira industry. The drugs Tramadol, Anafranil, Viagra (Vega) hundred and Cialis ( Tadalafil) have a very high rate of sales today in our pharmacy shops Because of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. Many Herbal Products in Motor parks, online and staphylococcus therapists in Public markets have ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION as the  Reason

2.    Many Marriages and DIVORCE starts with ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. This is because both couple can forgive each other and let go of their anger, when they are hungry for sex. When a man is annoyed with his wife or the wife annoyed with her husband, it is understandable that the anger may affect their sexual appetites, but when the sexual urge becomes so strong and one of them needs it badly, then that one will have to sue for PEACE and FORGIVENESS. But if the sexual satisfaction is no longer there due to ERECTION Dysfunction, then the QUARREL can go on indefinitely and Marriage break up is certain.

3.    Let take a look at number three Now, All above is important and this is the most form of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION that is highly misunderstood what I choose to call the trickish or "satanic ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION" the monogamous home breaking type. In this case, a man loses sexual attraction or libido to his own wife, but gets erection to other women outside that is not half as beautiful as his wife. The man is confused why this is happening, the woman too is angry why her man is cheating on her with such a woman of lower beauty and status. Some men will even get sexually attracted to their house maids and madam finds out, her ego and pride is killed, Yet both of them do not realize that it is actually a very serious disease. A man wants to make love to his wife, his penis is fully erect but suddenly at the point of inserting it into her vagina, the Penis shrinks and becomes limp like "indomie". This happens sometimes when the man is stressed out. But what happens when it begins to happen repeatedly? Then it will now induce fear and torment to touch your wife because you are afraid that the erection will fail. Performance anxiety takes hold of you leading to depression. You are now frustrated and your wife too is also frustrated. You think something is wrong with your sexual system and with time you are withdrawn from her. Then suddenly there is another lady that is not even as half as beautiful as your own wife, and she has been making passes at you but you are fateful to your wife. But one day both of you get talking and from mere talk, your erection gets very hard and you end up having a satisfactory sex with her. WOW you suddenly realize that you are now a man, again that nothing has been wrong with you all along you try it again with her it worked, again it worked then one day you try to do it with your wife again and the Penis limps again like “indomie”. Then you begin to look for answers. Could she have a spiritual husband killing your Penis?

Well there is a medical answer and solution we will get to that. Then you try to experiment again with another woman and the thing works. And so you degenerate, to sleeping outside, because that is where you can Perform. Your wife finds out that you are having an affair with another woman, she becomes very mad, not Because of the affair, but because you cannot Perform at home. She begins to think that the reason why you couldn't Perform or satisfy her all along was because you have been wasting all your sexual prowess or energy on this strange woman, and that it is your exhausted body that you now bring home to her.

But she doesn't even know that it was because you failed to Perform or satisfy her for reasons unknown to the both of you, that made you run to the arms of the strange woman. She accuses you of breaking your marriage vows of being a cheat; you accuse her of having a spirit husband or being too jealous and Protective. After some time you try again and the "indomie" is still there and this situation is now exceeding 6 months, there is now tension in the home. Little things now cause quarrel, things that ought to be overlooked and forgiven will degenerate into full blown quarrel. Man will even want the quarrel to extend because it gives him room to avoid his fear and depression, which will expose his sexual impotence before his wife.

And many Modern Women will respond in any of the following ways.

·        Many will report the matter to Family friends and relatives, and counsellors but she will want to hide that area that my husband Penis “na indomie”, Because the man has girlfriends outside to their knowledge she will be advised to bear, say na the Nature of men. She gets frustrated.

·        The very good one will Forget about sexual pleasure and redirect her mind to either love of her children or her work or business. She will accept her fate, cohabitating with the man, yet without sex. she does well in raising her children and her Work, leaving her "husband for God to judge arrest or have mercy on him".

·        Others will transmute their sexual urge into religious activities. They will then become evangelist and prayer Warriors, forgetting their husbands and leaving him to do whatever he likes.

·        The realists will buy sex Toys and use it to Masturbate, get sexual satisfaction and move on. The reason sex Toys sell well nowadays like mad.

·        Then some will become so frustrated that they too will have a boyfriend to satisfy them too and start to cheat and the day they are caught, they are brandished as evil and a "Prostitute woman" and the Marriage is broken. Then finally some will out rightly file for divorce because, they want to satisfy their sexual urge, yet do not want to cheat. So far I have discuss the Preamble of this topic.

Now we are about to enter what are the likely causes of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION in Wado city and Urhobo land

1.      Stress

2.    Performance anxiety

3.    Untreated and Chronic Sexually transmitted infections

4.     Diabetes please you all should note this number four, Because diabetes is "that spirit wife" that is taking your husband from you yet you don't know it.

5.     Prostrate Problems

6.    Hypertension.

Then read this and it is very important this is where most people suffering ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION find it difficult to understand and treat it. Many don't know that brain chemicals called Neurotransmitters mediate the erection process and over or under secretion of these chemicals can enhance or impede your erection. And many drugs used to treat erectile Dysfunction are just to balance these chemicals.
