Teenager 'who celebrated death of Jo Cox made pipe bomb'

The 17-year-old made a ‘viable’ improvised explosive device after Googling ‘how to create a pipe bomb,’ Leeds Crown Court heard. He is alleged to have called Jo Cox's murderer a 'hero'.
