Ex-Niger Delta militant leader vows to resist Avengers threats

A prominent ex-militant leader, Mr. Africanus Ukparasia, popularly known as ‘General Africa’, has vowed to resist renewed threats by the Niger Delta Avengers to begin attacks on oil installations in the region.
